Position Overview We are seeking a warm, detail-oriented, and service-driven Style and Fit Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will welcome customers, provide personalized bra fittings, recommend products tailored to their needs, and ensure an exceptional, comfortable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities • Greet and engage customers with warmth and professionalism. • Conduct personalized bra fittings with sensitivity, accuracy, and empathy. • Recommend bras and related products that best meet each customer’s comfort, style, and lifestyle needs. • Educate customers on fit, garment care, and product features. • Provide thoughtful styling advice and suggest complementary items to enhance the customer’s wardrobe. • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized store environment. • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. • Build customer relationships and encourage repeat visits through personalized service and follow-up. • Participate in ongoing training and development in bra fitting techniques, product knowledge, and customer experience best practices. Qualifications • Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred (intimate apparel experience a plus). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to make customers feel comfortable in a personal, one-on-one service environment. • Strong sense of empathy, discretion, and professionalism. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in fitting and product knowledge. • Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude. • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
