What You’ll Do As our Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our market running smoothly and ensuring our customers have the best experience possible. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing daily operations to ensure everything runs efficiently. - Leading and motivating a team to deliver excellent service. - Managing inventory, including ordering and restocking products. - Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. - Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with care. - Supporting the team with scheduling and task delegation. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and bring their skills to the table. Here’s what you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a managerial or leadership role. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A passion community and a customer-focused mindset. - A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to challenges.
