Peachtree Gifts is a card and gift shop in the heart of Multnomah Village. We are currently seeking a part-time retail sales associate. We are looking for someone who is very enthusiastic, outgoing, detail-oriented, organized, personable, and energetic. We are hoping to find someone with a flexible schedule and the ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, with an interest in working for a small business in a thriving business community! Job Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service and a friendly welcoming demeanor with customers * Tag merchandise with price tags with care * Help customers find the perfect gift * Welcome and greet customers * Help to sell the merchandise by being knowledgeable about the items in the store * Keep store looking organized, stocked, and clean * Be a keyholder, open and close the store using our operational procedures Job Requirements: * Able to bring energy and a friendly disposition to other co-workers and customers * Experience in retail sales and customer service * Very comfortable on a computer and ipad. Knowledge of a POS system strongly preferred * Able to multi-task and be a quick learner * Personable and enjoy working with people * Able to stand for 8 hours and able to lift 30 pounds if needed (boxes, trash etc) * For this position we are looking for someone who is 18 and over This position is part-time, 15-20 hours per week. *Example Schedule: Tuesdays 2-6 Wednesdays 9:30-1 Thursdays 2-6 Saturdays 11-4 Sundays 12-3 *Additional shifts and hours will be needed in the busy fall and holiday season. NEED REPS FOR ALBERTSONS FLOOR AUDITS. $45 PER STORE NOW THROUGH 4/30!   PHG needs reps to visit retail chain stores to perform audits on their floor care.  Reps will need to do a short interview with the manager, walk around main store and aisles to evaluate and take photos of flooring as an indicator of what is needed to keep the floors at peak appearance. They will also need to visit the janitor's area and get photos of their mop supplies and floor chemicals.   Time in store estimated at 30 minutes – Pay is $45 per store. PHG needs reps to INSTALL  2 Cleaning Solution Dispensers in the Planet Fitness stores in MA/VT/NH during the Week of 8/18 - or some possibly week of 8/25.  Monday Through Friday 9am to 5 pm. Pay is $25 per hour onsite and mileage can be discussed at scheduling based on distance. Takes approx. 1.5 hours per location.  Store schedule will need to be provided to client once scheduled. Tools required: Cordless Drill with all bit types including concrete and basic hand tools Reporting Required to be completed in client app with photos. And hours also reported online at PHG site for pay processing. Full instruction for install and reporting will be provided.
