We do require 2 years of Washington retail cannabis experience. College and management history is a plus. Spanish bilingual also a plus. We are progressive with paid time off, performance-based sales bonuses, and a generous employee purchase program. Tips are great in the range between $80-$120 per shift (no pooled tips). Health and Dental reimbursement at 50% for the first year then 75%. 401K with up to a 3.5% match after 6 months. Education is a focus for us with ongoing daily education to improve your skills. Must-have Qualifications: • 21 years of age or older • Excellent Cannabis knowledge • Customer service experience • 2 years + budtending experience. • Pass background check • Uniform required. Provided by company • Able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances while on shift. 5+ miles on busier shifts. • Ability to work days/nights – weekends/all major holidays – on call shifts • Able to communicate effectively Qualities we look for: Amazing customer service. dependability and punctuality.
