General Description: Are you a problem solver who likes to be out and about? Our Area Manager is a critical member of our management team and oversees the daily execution of our most critical customer accounts. You will regularly visit customer facilities to ensure our quality standards are met and make sure our team members are trained and equipped for success. We care about your results, not the clock, so don’t apply if you don’t like autonomy! We also equip this position with as much training as necessary to master the job and provide an outstanding support network in case you need help. If you are good with people, can thrive without daily supervision, and you like to be on the go, this is the position for you. Primary Job Functions: • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts • Conduct regular Quality Assurance inspections to ensure our service is remarkable • Oversee training and new hire onboarding on assigned accounts • Ensure customer facilities are adequately stocked with supplies • Ensure team members are properly equipped for success • Ensure all work equipment is properly maintained and accounted for • Develop coverage plans or cover for team members on key accounts in case of absence • Provide daily updates to the General Manager on status of accounts and team members Requirements: • Bilingual (Spanish/English) • Afternoon/evening availability • Driver’s license • Organizational skills and demonstrated time management skills • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Compensation: • $ DOE • 10 paid days off per year • Company cell phone • Mileage reimbursement • Flexible work schedule
