The Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Office Manager who can balance leadership, sales, and strategy. You will be the right hand of the physician-owner and the anchor of our practice’s day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead with confidence and empathy in managing staff and patient interactions. Oversee and elevate the patient experience, ensuring every visit reflects our brand values. Drive sales of cash-based services and products through relationship-building and consultative communication. Anticipate needs within the practice, design solutions, and partner with the owner for execution. Maintain exceptional organizational systems for scheduling, reporting, and compliance. Support brand awareness initiatives and uphold our reputation for excellence. Ideal Candidate: Proven background in office management, preferably in healthcare, luxury service, or high-touch industries. We would like to internally train a few select candidates from an assistant role to a managing director position within the span of a year.
