We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager with strong execution skills to lead digital initiatives across platforms and drive measurable growth. About the Role This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is ready to take full ownership of campaigns—from idea to execution. You'll manage projects, create digital content, oversee events, and ensure our brand presence is felt across channels. This is an on-site position in the Bay Area. Remote applicants will not be considered. Key Responsibilities 🎥 Social Media Content Creation & Video Marketing • Plan and produce engaging short-form videos and visual content tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and TikTok. • Manage content calendars, storyboarding, scripting, production, and platform-specific optimization. • Showcase customer testimonials, product highlights, behind-the-scenes culture, and thought leadership through video. 📈 Lead Generation & Campaign Management • Launch and manage B2B campaigns to drive awareness and generate qualified leads. • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and timing. • Use analytics to track performance, optimize efforts, and report ROI. 📚 Content & Asset Management • Develop and maintain marketing content systems. • Create branded templates, sales collateral, presentations, and communication assets. • Ensure consistent branding across all internal and external materials. 🤝 Partner & Vendor Coordination • Maintain and update our Partner Portal with up-to-date resources and tools. • Collaborate with vendors, agency partners, and internal teams to support joint marketing initiatives and MDF utilization. 🎤 Event & Webinar Support • Coordinate logistics and promotion for in-person and virtual events. • Assist in planning and production of partner webinars, tradeshows, and community events. 📹 Video Production Coordination • Manage the end-to-end production of explainer videos, promotional reels, and testimonials. • Work with freelance videographers, editors, and graphic designers to meet deadlines and brand expectations. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B environments (Telecom, IT, SaaS, or Managed Services preferred). • Proven experience in creating and distributing video content across platforms. • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro is a strong plus. • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and email marketing. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities. • Highly organized with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Bonus Skills • Experience with co-branded campaigns or vendor MDF programs (e.g., Cisco, Ruckus, Microsoft). • Knowledge of telecom/VoIP, IT infrastructure, or public sector marketing. • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
