About Us: EMRG Media is one of the top event companies in NYC. We produce high-level corporate events, private client experiences, and The Event Planner Expo—the leading industry conference. We’re gearing up for a major fall season filled with launches, client activations, and one of the most important conferences of the year. The Role Perfect for someone currently in school or just out of school, this internship will put you at the heart of event production and client outreach. We’re looking for a superstar/ someone reliable, outgoing, and excellent both on the phone and on the computer. You’ll be making calls, assisting with outreach, and helping us get ready for a very busy season. Key Responsibilities Call clients, vendors, and partners. Strong Communication skills a must both oral and written a+ Assist with guest list building and event coordination. Support onsite event setup, registration, and logistics Work with tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, and project trackers. Be a dependable teammate who ensures tasks get done. Qualifications Excellent phone communication skills, confident, professional, personable Strong with computers + quick to learn new tools Highly reliable, organized, and detail-driven Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable talking with clients Excited about breaking into the events industry Able to commit 15–20 hours per week+, possibly more hours.
