-Position Overview- We are seeking a Data Analyst & Dashboard Specialist to join our fast-moving team. This role requires a highly data-driven professional who thrives on building dashboards, analyzing KPIs, validating data sources, and uncovering actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions across marketing, sales, and operations. The primary focus of this position is data infrastructure, reporting, and visualization—not campaign execution or management. While knowledge of marketing metrics and campaign performance is a plus, we already have a dedicated campaign manager. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a sharp eye for detail, able to spot inconsistencies, manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to change, and communicate insights effectively to both executives and cross-functional teams. -Key Responsibilities- + Collaborate with leadership to define, refine, and track Key Performance Indicators across business functions and teams. + Provide analytical support to multiple teams, with a focus on marketing, paid media strategy, and conversion optimization. + Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for executives, clients, and cross-functional teams. + Troubleshoot, validate, and refine data sources to ensure accuracy and scalability. + Design and maintain data infrastructure and Tableau dashboards, enabling leadership and cross-functional teams to track KPIs, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions. + Deliver strategic insights to the CEO, evaluating financial and media performance to guide media budget and growth decisions. + Maintain data integrity and accuracy across multiple sources and systems. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. -Qualifications- + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience). + 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or a related role. + Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution models, and digital campaign performance measurement. + General understanding of SQL database concepts; comfortable working with large datasets. + Advanced experience creating and maintaining dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tool). (this is a must) + Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. + Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset. + Ability to review processes and data with a fine-toothed comb and resolve inconsistencies before they become problems. + Excellent communication skills—able to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment. -Preferred Skills- + Experience in building, optimizing, and analyzing lead generation funnels, contact center workflows, and lead lifecycle reporting. + Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic). + Knowledge of ETL processes or data pipelines. -What We Offer- Competitive salary and performance incentives.
