***MUST RESPOND WITH RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION*** Pay: $25.00 per hour Job description: Overview Plan B Productions produces fairs, festivals and trade shows throughout the state of California and are in need of a Digital Outreach Specialist to improve, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns for our various events. Duties will include but are not limited to: Managing the digital footprints of the events we produce. (Facebook|Instagram|SnapChat|X|TikTok|Reddit|etc.) Content Creation. Manage digital ad campaigns across various platforms. Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote brand awareness and engagement. Field online exhibitor and attendee questions. Design and execute mass email campaigns using existing lists. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve outreach strategies. Perform market research on competing events within the industry. Assisting in general event production and promotion as needed. Applicant Requirements Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Ads, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics. Experience with social media management and performance marketing strategies. Strong skills in graphic design and content creation. Knowledge of email marketing best practices and marketing automation tools. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored for different audiences. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple projects effectively. A passion for digital marketing trends and a desire to innovate within the outreach space. Currently looking for a hybrid candidate part time while our offices undergo renovations, can be very flexible on scheduling. Looking for part time but can very easily blossom to full time career for the right individual.
