Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint is a dive bar with a top-notch burger, founded by childhood best friends Aaron Ludwig and Mike Sabin. At Jack Brown's, we are all about providing great quality food and drinks in a fun and lively atmosphere. We believe in working hard and playing hard! We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your primary duties will include preparing and serving a variety of beverages, taking orders efficiently, and serving food in a timely manner. Your mixology skills and knowledge of our menu will be essential in providing guests with recommendations and enhancing their overall experience. Moreover, you will maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas while adhering to responsible alcohol service practices. Responsibilities Welcome guests and take drink and food orders Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine Deliver food and drinks to guests promptly and accurately Engage with guests, answer inquiries, and provide food and drink recommendations Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar and dining areas Uphold responsible alcohol service and comply with relevant liquor laws and regulations Accurately process payments and handle cash transactions Work collaboratively with kitchen and management staff to ensure smooth operations Requirements Prior experience as a Server or Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment In-depth knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage offerings Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a bustling setting Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills for cash handling Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays Benefits Hour
