Knowledge of cocktail ingredients, flavors, and bar techniques for consistent, high-quality batches. Skilled in ingredient prep (chopping, juicing, infusing) and using bar tools (mixers, blenders, juicers). Detail-oriented with precise measuring, mixing, and labeling to follow recipes accurately. Organized with the ability to manage batches, stock ingredients, and maintain a clean workspace. Efficient time management to complete prep tasks before peak hours and keep the bar stocked.
