Bar Prep Specialist

Riot Hospitality Group is seeking passionate and dedicated Bar Prep Specialists to join our esteemed restaurant group, where you'll play a key role in bringing to life a new, innovative, and exclusive fine-dining supper club located in Old Town’s Entertainment District that blends artistry, entertainment, and culinary excellence. Key Responsibilities: Batch cocktail components (syrups, infusions, premixes) following standardized recipes set by the Beverage Director for consistency and quality. Prep fresh ingredients (herbs, citrus, fruits) for batching, garnishing, and infusions. Measure accurately to maintain quality; adjust recipes under the Beverage Director’s guidance, working with the Beverage Director to test and refine new batch recipes.. Label, date, and store all batches and ingredients properly to ensure freshness and compliance. Prepare garnishes, juices, and other essentials to keep the bar ready for service. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Previous experience bartending and/or batching craft cocktails preferred. Knowledge of cocktail ingredients, flavors, and bar techniques for consistent, high-quality batches. Skilled in ingredient prep (chopping, juicing, infusing) and using bar tools (mixers, blenders, juicers). Detail-oriented with precise measuring, mixing, and labeling to follow recipes accurately. Organized with the ability to manage batches, stock ingredients, and maintain a clean workspace. Efficient time management to complete prep tasks before peak hours and keep the bar stocked.
