Service Valet Responsibilities: The safe and efficient parking/transportation of client and company owned vehicles while delivering an experience that exceeds our clients expectations. Take photos of in-coming cars as directed by management and tag all vehicles. Communicate with service advisors and technicians to determine which vehicles are ready to enter and exit the shop. Safely park vehicles in designated areas and maintain and organize keys. Make customers feel welcome by greeting them in a friendly and courteous way and directing them to their desired destinations when parking or retrieving their vehicle. Maintain supplies and support systems as requested including floor mats, plastic seat coverings, and other materials. This is not a standard janitorial role — it involves working around heavy equipment, concrete, and outdoor yard areas to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. Ensure the safe use of and performance of equipment adhere to OSHA safety guidelines. * Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate work activities and ensure timely completion of tasks. * Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and prevent accidents in the workplace. * Follow environmental regulations and guidelines for proper disposal of waste materials collected during sweeping operations. * Daily upload of service photos at sites into company portal systems to provide visual documentation of site conditions and completion of work. * Complete and submit accurate inspections for vehicle and equipment issued under your care. * Utilize company technology, resources, and software tools for communication. * Perform other duties as assigned by management.
