The Senior Accountant will play an integral role in supporting the accounting team by performing month end tasks, assisting with annual audits, and other duties as assigned. Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities: Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance. Assist with multi-state payroll tax setup. Assist with job cost adjustments. Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures. Improve current accounting and financial record keeping processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. Must have a valid Florida drivers license with clean driving record. You must also provide proof of insurance. Daily activities include, but not limited to: delivering notices, inspecting properties and taking pictures.
