We are located on a beautiful tree-lined street opposite John Jay Park. We are right beside York Avenue, close to the city center, the city bus stop and the 79th Street Intercity bus stop. We are close to the pharmacy and the local 24-hour store. Our complex building is located on 78th Street and 79th Street between York Avenue and the East River, offering studio apartments, 1-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom apartments. We also have an amazing 24-hour gatehouse building located by the river. Most of our buildings are elevator-free. Some units come with public facilities (heating, hot water, gas and electricity), and pets are allowed. We also offer security personnel from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., as well as a management office with a parcel room.
