Close to the Appalachian Trail, Parks, Asheville, Gatlinburg right near the TN, NC state line. There are a lot of activities to do nearby and Groceries, Gas, Banking, etc is 20 minutes. Anything over 30' is a little challenging because of the entrance/road (not the site-its huge. Class A's don't work, but all the rest do fine. 2. You pay for the electric you use.
