Multiple closets so plenty of storage space. There is no washer/dryer in the unit but there is a laundromat two blocks away, around the corner. The space will come unfurnished, deep-cleaned, and walls will be re-painted before move-in. Tenant is responsible for utilities, except trash (paid by landlord). There is $60 off monthly rent if you take out the trash/recycling cans (3 bins) and place on sidewalk for weekly pick ups, and place back once finished. Property is maintained by attentive small landlord :) The area is great walking distance to UCB and Berkeley Bowl. It's two blocks below Telegraph so close to public transportation, shops, stores, bars, etc. Downtown Berkeley BART is close walking distance as well as Ashby Bart.
