Units like mine are now being listed at $1749 and $1849, but you will still have my rate of $1649. I’m between N Colfax and N Ainsworth on N Interstate, very close to New Seasons, the Rosa Parks Max stop, and just down the road from Fred Meyer. There are cafes, bars, and food, all within easy reach. Super bikable, and we have secure bike storage, as well as secured parking and storage beneath the building. The photo of the two doors are a coat closet to the left and a full pantry to the right, in addition to a TON of cabinet and drawer storage in the kitchen. Great 24-hour fitness center, FABULOUS rooftop arrangement (including skeeball?!?!), co-working space, laundry in-unit, and trash and recycling chutes on each floor. Also a fantastic w/d set up right here to your closet! No more lugging baskets around. The management have all been very helpful throughout my stay here. They will help you with any aspect of the online application process to take over my lease. To be clear, this is not a sublet, but you will have the remainder of my lease (through April 4). And I’m leaving my security deposit of $500.
