We are offering a unique studio with a sleeping loft, full bathroom with large custom shower, kitchenette with apartment size gas range, and a cozy wood burning stove. This is definitely a one of a kind space :-) The studio shares one wall with the main house but has its own entrance. It feels very private and looks out to a large garden area. It would be perfect for a single person or a couple. Not suitable for more than 2 people as on a septic system. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. We are looking for someone(s) that would be interested in gardening and taking care of the land surrounding the home. This is a month to month rental.
