House is a 5 min walk from the national forest, 400 sq ft, with a meditation dome, wood stove, washing machine, wifi, smart tv, furnished, premium sound system, adobe floor, tall ceilings. Good for single occupancy or couple, someone creative and outdoorsy. Utilities mostly included, 25 mb internet, 1275 gallon cistern, 8 l-16 batteries (same power system as earthships). You pay or procure your own wood for the small wood stove. House is efficiently built (earthen, 3 ft below grade) so even with no heat in winter house never drops below 50 degrees. Comes with propane and an electric heater as well, access to tools, mountain bike, some sports equipment. Friendly neighbors, fire pit, great hike up a cerro from your doorstep, excellent atv/utv riding opportunity, 45 min or less from 4 different hot springs. Minimal maint. required, seeking a longer term tenant but open to month to month or shorter term offers at a higher rate. Open to pets for additional fee.
