 FirstDiv is seeking an experienced Program Analyst IV to lead financial and programmatic analysis in support of JPM CBRN Sensors. The analyst will manage cross-functional coordination, budget reporting, and acquisition taskers for a portfolio of advanced CBRN detection programs. The contractor shall perform the following task(s): Develop and maintain ASRs, POM inputs, spend plans, and milestone packages. Monitor financial execution using CCaR, GFEBS, PMRT, and PDAA. Track program milestones, action items, and responses to HQDA/JPEO taskers. Draft executive summaries, acquisition documentation, meeting minutes, and strategic reviews. Support agreements (7600A/B) coordination, execution, and amendments. Analyze acquisition strategies and financial tradeoffs across portfolio programs. Requirements 7–10 years of experience in program or financial analysis within a DoD context. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Strong experience with CCaR, PMRT, PDAA, and other DoD financial systems. Demonstrated ability to brief senior military and civilian leadership.
