We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support Our Executive with day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling, travel coordination, and personal errands. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with excellent time management and communication skills. send resume or please dont apply Key Responsibilities: Manage daily schedule, appointments, and calendar Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements (domestic and international) Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and messages Run errands and perform general personal assistance tasks Assist with household or lifestyle management as needed Track expenses and manage simple budgets or financial records Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times Perform ad hoc tasks to support both professional and personal priorities Qualifications: Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of discretion and professionalism Tech-savvy; proficient with calendar apps, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if errands are required) Preferred Traits: Problem-solver with a proactive mindset Flexible and willing to adapt to changing needs Able to anticipate the needs of the person being supported Comfortable working in both professional and private environments
