Cedartree Management Company is locally owned and has been in business since July 1992. We specialize in the full-service management of self storage facilities. We believe strongly that a person’s enjoyment and satisfaction in their work is key to the success of any business. We value ethics, hard work, and respect and are looking for like-minded individuals to join the team. Resident Manager wanted Tuesday – Friday 10am – 5pm and Saturday 9am – 1pm. Total 32 hours per week. $17.50 to $19.50 an hour to start, commissions, 2 weeks paid vacation after the first year, paid sick days, health insurance, life insurance, dental plan, and vision plan.​ Onsite residence, tiny house adjacent to facility office. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with living room, dining room, kitchen with gas appliances, 2 decks. All utilities included, and 1 parking space provided. Primarily office coverage with some light maintenance, leaf blowing, moss and weed removal, sweeping of drives. Must have strong computer, sales, and maintenance skills. Property management experience a plus. Must also be able to lift 50 lbs, have a valid driver's license, and a vehicle.
