The Regional On-road Fleet Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of vehicles and equipment in a cost-efficient manner for assigned locations; enforcing and administering the quality and safety compliance rules and regulations; managing personnel conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance; ensuring all parts and mechanic times are charged to work orders; and that work performed is properly described on repair orders. Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the residential remodeling industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques. Proficiency in project management software. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
