As a Director, Partner Insights in Los Angeles, you’ll play a critical role at the intersection of analytics, client strategy, and entertainment. You’ll be the strategic partner to our clients—leading entertainment companies, streamers, producers, talent agencies, and more—ensuring they get maximum value from our data, tools, and expertise. This is a high-impact, externally-facing role for a data-fluent strategist who understands how to apply insights to commercial and creative decisions in entertainment. What You’ll Champion Transform data into decisions: Deliver sharp, actionable insights that embed Parrot’s demand analytics deep into partner workflows—driving clarity across strategy, content, and investment teams. Act as a strategic extension of our partners: Build trusted relationships through ongoing engagement and in-person collaboration, ensuring our insights shape mission-critical decisions. Drive growth within accounts: Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to deepen partnerships across teams, regions, and business units. Bridge AI and business: Stay at the forefront of external AI trends and champion internal AI tools—helping the Insights team work smarter and faster while shaping product development through close collaboration with Engineering. Be the voice of the customer internally: Surface insights from the field to Product, Marketing, and Sales to influence roadmaps, messaging, and positioning. Lead with insight, win with value: Own strategic analyses for prospective partners—highlighting the value of demand and content valuation data in unlocking competitive advantage. Build industry authority: Represent Parrot Analytics as a thought leader through webinars, panels, and publications that elevate both your profile and our brand. Level up the team: Mentor junior team members, foster a culture of clarity and precision, and raise the team average with every engagement. Operationalize excellence: Collaborate with fellow Insights leaders to standardize best practices, streamline delivery, and scale world-class impact across the function. Requirements What You’ll Bring Experience: 8+ years in a client-facing strategic role in media, entertainment, management consulting, or a data analytics company. Experience working with (or within) major studios, streamers, or agencies is highly valued. Relationship Management: Proven track record building strong, trusted relationships with executives and senior leaders. Analytical Fluency: Comfortable interpreting complex data sets, distilling them into actionable insights, and telling clear, compelling stories to senior stakeholders. Able to simplify the complex and adapt messaging to different audiences. Content & Industry Acumen: Deep understanding of the entertainment value chain, including how content is developed, acquired, distributed, and monetized across platforms.  Leadership: Experience in leading client projects independently; proactive, decisive, and calm under pressure. Commercial Savvy: Ability to spot growth opportunities, influence stakeholders, and support the commercial team in driving renewals and upsells. AI Curiosity & Application: Demonstrated ability to adopt AI-based tools, contribute to AI-enhanced workflows, and bridge gaps between business needs and technical capabilities. Assistant Property Manager STATUS: Full-time (Monday- Friday 9-5) LOCATION: Watsonville, CA SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Assistant Property Manager (APM) is expected to assist with day-to-day functions to support meeting the performance guidelines set for the property. The Assistant Property Manager acts as a liaison between other departments and the Property Management staff at certain times for specific property related issues. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:  Property Management o Assist Property Manager with the effective management of the property as it relates to leasing, marketing, and resident engagement. o Assist in the collection of rent as needed and working with the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate posting of financial data. o Assist in the preparation and completion of recertifications, interim adjustments, file organization and setup, notices of non-compliance, and other documents.  Maintenance o Prioritize, assign, and follow-up on maintenance service requests. o Assist in the collection of receipts for vendor purchases (i.e., Home Depot, etc.) consistently and timely submit to accounting for processing.  Finance, Compliance & Reporting o Collecting, verifying, tracking, monitoring and validating data in the PM Software (YARDI) and external logs as it relates to leasing, vacancies, payment plans, remittance, waitlist management, lease enforcement, legal cases, tenant correspondence or complaints, capital improvement bids, reasonable accommodations and department expenses for large scale vendors. o Working with the Accounting Department and coordinating with the Property Manager and Maintenance Staff on expenses, budget variances, security deposit statements and write-offs. o Tracks and maintains department reports (monthly reports, coordination worksheets, and performance reports, etc.) to ensure consistent and regular submission from the properties.  Administrative Duties o Perform general administrative and departmental support duties and operational tasks. o Coordinator of meeting and room reservations. o Serve as the dedicated safety coordinator for the office and attend regular safety meetings. Other duties and projects may be required and assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  Education: High School Diploma or equivalent  Experience: A minimum of one year experience in performing affordable property management and clerical duties; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.  YARDI experience preferred.  HUD and/or TCAC experience highly preferred.  The APM must relate well to people, must exercise good judgment in dealing with residents, staff, visitors, and vendors, and provide leadership and team building to the staff.  Must be able to show valid California Driver’s License and valid Auto Insurance.
