We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Title Clerk/Bookkeeper to handle title processing, dealership paperwork, and basic bookkeeping. Responsibilities: Process and file vehicle titles, registrations, and lien paperwork Verify trade-in titles and ensure compliance with DMV/state requirements Maintain accurate dealership records and title logs Handle accounts payable/receivable and daily bookkeeping tasks Reconcile transactions and assist with financial reporting Support office operations as needed Qualifications: Dealership or DMV title processing experience preferred Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and accuracy a must Proficient in Microsoft Office (QuickBooks or dealer software a plus) Team player with good communication skills What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits (if applicable) Paid time off and holidays Growth potential in a supportive, team. focused environment. Ability to receive direction and work well with others. Good verbal and written skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
