This is not a paper-pushing role. This is operational execution at its core. You will lead the work, not just talk about it. You will make the right decisions for the company, arrange crew deployment, subcontractor schedules, materials procurement, job estimating, and client communications â and you will do it with purpose, precision, and pride. đ„ What We Expect; â What Youâll Do: If youâre looking for a cushy office job or fancy title with no pressure, keep scrolling. But if you want a role where performance is noticed, respected, and rewarded with tremendous opportunity for growth â we want to talk to you. -Coordinate daily crew placement and movement across job sites -You lead from the front and execute under pressure and love the work and the feeling of accomplishment -You solve problems without excuses -Youâve got documented results and a proven track record of making things happen -You can balance the phone, the field, and the forecast without breaking stride -You walk the walk â no babysitting required -Schedule and communicate with subcontractors -Order and track materials for multiple ongoing projects -Handle and manage client calls, inquiries, and jobsite follow-ups -Prepare estimates and assist in proposal creation -Act as the go-to communication point between field, office, building inspectors, building departments and clients -Visit job sites to check progress, resolve issues, and ensure smooth flow -Visit new inquiry sites to understand and determine prospect wants and needs đŻ What Weâre Looking For: 4 year Bachelor's Degree preferred 7+ years of experience in construction operations or project coordination Strong knowledge of field logistics, job costing, construction workflows and how to run projects so they are profitable Excellent phone and in-person communication skills Construction estimating experience preferred Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Ability to take initiative and work without micromanagement Fluent in English (Spanish a plus) Valid driverâs license and reliable transportation đ° Pay & Benefits: $55Kâ$70K/year, depending on experience Performance-based bonus potential Paid time off is earned after 6 months of service This is a mostly office position with occasional need to go to the field Growth opportunity in a reputable local construction firm đ Location: Our office is located near I-75 in North Naples.
