In this role, you will need to be familiar with monitoring inbound shipments, verifying, reconciling, and reporting on the company’s inventory, and validate discrepancies and non-confirmation to ensure that business operations have a reconciled warehouse. Job Responsibilities • Maintain inventory with inbound trailers and returns • Receive MDO Returns • Receive all material/inventory ordered into ERP system (SAP/Oracle) • Perform inventory cycle counts regularly and create reports for management, analyzing returns and noting damages • Assist in work projects for the warehouse, including creating work orders, writing emails with descriptions, and calling vendors. • Generate and oversee inventory reconciliation • Track and analyze inventory maintenance • Perform other duties as assigned. Experience & Skills • 1-3 years of experience with Inventory Management is preferred. • Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products. • Knowledge of SAP/Oracle or similar ERP system. • Coordinates and collaborates with internal managers & corporate customer service
