**This position is contingent on contract award** Position Overview: First Division Consulting is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support a Department of the Navy (DoN) customer in Dahlgren, VA. This role will provide program analysis, integrated logistics support (ILS), and project tracking, ensuring mission-critical initiatives remain on schedule and within scope. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and network acquisition, enterprise architecture, program cost analysis, and logistics support. The selected individual must be able to manage multiple priorities, deliver high-quality analysis, and effectively communicate complex information in a simplified manner for various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive program analysis for IT and network acquisition projects. Support integrated logistics support (ILS) efforts to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. Track and monitor program/project status, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution. Assist in enterprise architecture planning to optimize IT infrastructure and network operations. Perform program cost analysis, supporting budget allocation and financial decision-making. Develop reports, briefings, and presentations, translating complex subject matter into clear, actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success. Requirements Required Qualifications: Six (6) years of professional experience in: IT and network acquisition Program analysis and planning Integrated logistics support (ILS) Enterprise architecture Program cost analysis Active Secret Clearance Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate and present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within DoD or Navy program management environments. Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, logistics frameworks, and financial reporting. Knowledge of risk management, cost-benefit analysis, and performance assessment methodologies.
