Reporting directly to the CFO, this entry-level role will provide critical support in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The Financial Analyst will assist with creating budgets, forecasting growth, analyzing trends, and preparing reports that inform strategic decision-making. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, and management reports. Support budget creation and variance analysis across departments. Analyze revenue, expenses, and key business drivers to identify trends and insights. Build and maintain financial models under CFO guidance. Help track and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) across the business. Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support decision-making. Collaborate with the CFO on long-range planning, cash flow projections, and risk analysis. Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, investments, and cost-saving opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required). 1 - 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field (internships and co-ops included) Strong mathematical, quantitative, and analytical problem-solving skills. High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (financial modeling experience a plus). Familiarity with financial concepts (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, etc.). Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data insights clearly. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.
