Accountabilities: ·         Analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline trends, and customer segmentation to generate strategic insights. ·         Collaborate with Sales and Finance to build accurate forecasts and maintain budget tracking with variance analysis. ·         Monitor revenue by product, territory, and sales rep; identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. ·         Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to guide executive and sales leadership decisions. ·         Develop financial models related to sales compensation, quota attainment, pricing, and ROI for initiatives. ·         Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Finance to ensure alignment on targets and performance. ·         Conduct deep-dive analyses into customer behavior, deal structures, and other key business drivers. Requirements ·         Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. ·         2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably supporting sales or commercial functions. ·         Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. ·         Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Clari), and ERP/FP&A tools (e.g., NetSuite, Cube). ·         Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format. ·         Highly organized, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. ·         Preferred: Experience in SaaS or high-growth B2B settings; MBA or CFA certification.
