Under the direction of our upper management, the Warehouse Lead Manager is accountable to facilitate our day to day warehouse and distribution activities with a tight focus on customer service, cost savings and efficiency. The designated employee, among other assigned responsibilities, will perform the following principal tasks: • Responsible for the inbound and outbound operations; • Establish and maintain accurate inventories using cycle counting-material flow of the warehouse; • Logistics and production scheduling; • Responsible for internal controls with reasonable assurances that operations are effective and efficient; • Develop and maintain operating procedures and best practices; • Ensure preventive and corrective actions are followed. • Respond to customer concerns and queries professionally. • Maintain positive and productive relationships with customers. • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with those on the team, as well as cross-functionally. • Execute any other warehouse related tasks as assigned by the direct Manager.
