Flexible scheduling Make a real impact in patient care We are currently seeking motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem positions. As a Per Diem RN, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work in various healthcare environments, delivering high-quality patient care across different settings. This role is perfect for RNs looking to enhance their experience and adapt their schedules to meet personal needs while making a significant impact in the lives of patients. WE DO REMOTE INTERVIEWS Hourly Rate: $53 OT & Holiday Rate: $79.50 Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ medical conditions and document observations and interventions accurately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families regarding health management, treatment plans, and discharge instructions. Monitor and evaluate patients’ responses to interventions, making necessary adjustments to care plans. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Support the facility by being adaptable and responsive to the fluctuating needs of patient care. #IND2 Requirements Current and valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
