Join Our Team   CER is a locally operated, private, and publicly funded 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency based in Honolulu, HI.  CER is dedicated to provides inclusive care to people who are diagnosed with substance abuse, mental illness, and homelessness.  CER promotes independence and stability and aims to assist clients and provide the utmost care through our:  Mission:  To provide progressive and inclusive health care, empowering individuals to lead fuller lives.  Vision:  All individuals are accorded full rights and status as members of the community.  The purpose of this position is to provide Stabilization Intensive Case Management services and community-based beds for individuals experiencing emotional, behavioral, or psychological crises and who may be homeless, and/or medically vulnerable in a safe therapeutic environment. The program provides adults, eighteen (18) years and older a structured setting for a short-term stay for up to fourteen (14) days.
