Specialty training as required by DSHS (dementia, mental health, DDA, etc.) Preferred Qualifications - Experience in caregiving, adult services, mental health, or long‑term care. - Training or experience in dementia care, developmental disability, or specialized care populations. - Experience with nurse delegation and oversight of delegated tasks. Working Conditions - May perform physical tasks: lifting or assisting residents, carrying supplies. - Some evenings, weekends, or on‑call hours may be required. - Must be able to respond to emergencies and supervise during off‑hours if needed.
