Bayleaf Veterinary Hospital is a privately owned AAHA accredited hospital that was established in 1982. We are a well established, full service, primary care veterinary hospital with seven doctors on staff. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional experience, whether for a wellness physical exam or an emergency procedure.You will be joining a team whose goal is to provide the best possible care for their patients in a positive and friendly work environment. Job duties may include general nursing care and medication administration, anesthesia monitoring, post-surgical care, use of in house laboratory, radiography, dentistry, collection of blood and urine samples. The ideal candidate must be passionate about animals, professional, flexible, hard working and friendly. Further a good veterinary assistant or technician has a keen attention to detail, enabling them to identify symptoms of injuries or illnesses in animals before conditions worsen. A good technician also should enjoy working as part of a team and works hard to support their coworkers each day. We have full and part time positions available.
