Applicant MUST have the 3 Caregiver certificates: Supervisory Care, Personal Care and Directed Care. Applicant must have fingerprint card, CPR and First Aid certificates and negative TB test results. Must obtain current TB ppd, or gold top serum test within two (2) days of hire [2-step if never been done before]. Preferred Qualifications: Computer keyboarding skills preferred.
