Essential Functions: Reassesses patient status after intervening as per training. Follows an individualized nursing plan of care. Coordinates patient care activities, when needed. Establishes priorities for patient care. Treats assigned patients based on acuity levels Correctly carries out the physician's plan of care. Accurately documents in the EMR. Documents care according to policy and procedures Initiates appropriate measures in emergency situations. Assists others with patient care activities when own assignment is completed. Participates in unit-based activities, including staff meetings. This job description is not all encompassing. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Must have One (1) year of experience as a CNA. WA DOH Active and unencumbered license. Completion, or ability to complete of WA DSHS approved AFH minimum qualifications. Must obtain BLS with AED certification within thirty (30) days of hire, if not already possessed. Must obtain current TB ppd, or gold top serum test within two (2) days of hire [2-step if never been done before]. Preferred Qualifications: Computer keyboarding skills preferred. Warren Oral Surgery is seeking a full-time manager who can work Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm and two Saturdays per month from 8am to noon. We are a very busy oral surgery office with multiple oral surgeons and a large staff which will require responsibilities in human resources with our multiple doctors and auxiliary staff to satisfy our needs. Additionally, the manager will need skills to manage systems, protocols, implement IT solutions and ensure we have the most up-to-date and efficient office possible. The candidate should have experience in medical and/or dental billing, accounts receivable and experience in health care management.
