ShareMaintenance position for a 56 bed Assisted Living that specializes in Memory Loss. Candidate will have to have a caring and calm demeanor that understands the challenges of elderly residents with cognitive disorders. The position will consist of light duty electrical, plumbing, painting, fire drills, and constant upkeep of the building. In the event of snow, use of a snowblower along with some shoveling. This is a very team orientated family run business. If short staffed in the kitchen, may be asked to help serve or clean up. When large food orders are delivered, may need to help stock. Must have good driving record in order to drive company vehicle to obtain supplies if needed. On call repairs as needed. Must be personable, these residents need to laugh! Rate depends on experience. Hours are from 7:30am to 3:30pm M-F With On Call on weekends. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Paid time off Referral program Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday and On call.
