Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients, focusing on preventive measures, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical history. Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient records and treatment plans. Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding lifestyle changes and disease prevention. Perform necessary medical procedures such as suturing, IV infusion, and airway management. Collaborate with specialists in areas such as cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, and more for comprehensive patient management. Manage acute and chronic conditions including diabetes care, hypertension, and mental health issues. Participate in clinical research and stay updated on advancements in primary care practices. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Engage in community outreach programs to promote public health initiatives. Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution. BC/ BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is preferred. Experience with EHR systems; familiarity with Epic is a plus. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols related to primary care. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities. Experience in various specialties such as pediatrics, geriatrics, psychiatry, or emergency medicine is advantageous.
