Hands on care needed for female in 70s with mid-late stage dementia for bedtime routine. Must have experience with dementia, be comfortable with family & pets present in household, detail oriented, have good communication skills, reliable car, OCD cleanliness. Duties include: light housekeeping, administering meds, feeding, brushing teeth and toileting. Starting rate is $17-20/hr DOE and willing to pay more for the right person. Candidate must have assisting certifications: x-ray license, infection control, current California dental assistant certification, CPR, and coronal polishing. Candidate would be assisting the dentist (4-handed dentistry), cleaning/preparing operatories, sterilizing instruments, taking radiographs, managing supplies, and assist with front desk duties including scheduling and confirming appointments, responding to patient questions, and gradually supporting billing and collections.
