Bayleaf Veterinary Hospital is a privately owned AAHA accredited hospital that was established in 1982. We are a well established, full service, primary care veterinary hospital with seven doctors on staff. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional experience, whether for a wellness physical exam or an emergency procedure.You will be joining a team whose goal is to provide the best possible care for their patients in a positive and friendly work environment. Job duties may include general nursing care and medication administration, anesthesia monitoring, post-surgical care, use of in house laboratory, radiography, dentistry, collection of blood and urine samples. The ideal candidate must be passionate about animals, professional, flexible, hard working and friendly. Further a good veterinary assistant or technician has a keen attention to detail, enabling them to identify symptoms of injuries or illnesses in animals before conditions worsen. A good technician also should enjoy working as part of a team and works hard to support their coworkers each day. We have full and part time positions available. The ideal candidate will have expertise in programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes to produce precision parts in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes using G-code and/or CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360). Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate production Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
