Looking for a woman caregiver, full-time (minus one day off per week) to assist a woman in her 70s with Parkinsons, living in the Sellwood neighborhood, close-in SE Portland. Tasks include moderate cleaning of common areas, meal prep and cooking, organizational tasks, co-shopping, light personal care, neighborhood walks, driving to appointments. Accommodations are within a lovely 800 sf ADU, sun filled 2BR, 2Ba space, beautifully designed with stair-free, gently sloping access in front entry, plus a side entry gently sloped to a lovely patio and garden area. Caregiver’s room is a large 2nd floor bedroom with walk-in closet and full private bathroom. APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS: Woman, 30 to 65 years of age with own car and positive driving record. Previous caregiving experience and CNA or equivalent training preferred. Must be healthy and fit.
