We have opening for a Behavioral Health Technician / Behavioral Health Specialist in our Needs Assessment Department. This is a key technical role, responsible for pinpointing the root cause of failures, leading teardowns, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate future issues. You will be at the core of our Engineering Field Failure Analysis (EFFA) program, working closely with the Quality department, Member Experience, and Data Analytics teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in failure analysis of electrical systems, electronics testing methods, and circuit design.
