We promote a healthy work/life balance.  Role & Responsibilities: Perform most of the basic engineering tasks as necessary for each project including zoning, equipment layout and coordination, heating/cooling load calculations, coordination with other team(s), etc.. During the design phase, you will prepare Design Development Drawings and Construction Documents in collaboration with other squad members, and senior team members as needed while applying relevant code knowledge to your system design and layout During the agency approval phase, you will coordinate corrections to your plans/designs with the AHJ and other team members as needed in order to support project permitting. During the construction phase, you will provide Construction Administration services to aid in the execution of our design Qualifications: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and drafting skills required Working knowledge of current codes/standards for building projects within the State of California including: California           Mechanical Code, CALGreen Code, and California Energy Code Training in BIM preferred but not required; Revit MEP preferred Excellent time management and project prioritization Software skills: AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, MS Office365 PE Strongly Preferred Growth mindset BSME degree, technical degree, or other industry specific work experience which demonstrates high levels of technical capability, required. Click Here to Apply Job duties include but are not limited to: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, facility systems, and plant utilities using SAP-generated work orders. • Conduct daily inspections of assigned equipment to identify issues that may impact safety, quality, or efficiency. • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including PLCs, relays, motors, and AC/DC circuits. • Support continuous improvement by identifying root causes of recurring issues and recommending long-term solutions. • Train operators and other team members on basic maintenance checks and proper equipment care. • Maintain accurate maintenance records, including time worked, parts used, and job completion notes in SAP. • Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and outside vendors on major repairs, upgrades, and equipment installations. • Submit requisitions for replacement parts and recommend critical spares to minimize downtime. • Adhere to all company safety programs, including Lockout Tagout (LOTO), Arc Flash, GMP standards, and OSHA regulations. • Participate in improvement efforts tied to sustainability, energy reduction, and reliability goals. The designated employee, among other assigned responsibilities, will perform the following principal tasks: • Responsible for the inbound and outbound operations; • Establish and maintain accurate inventories using cycle counting-material flow of the warehouse; • Logistics and production scheduling; • Responsible for internal controls with reasonable assurances that operations are effective and efficient; • Develop and maintain operating procedures and best practices; • Ensure preventive and corrective actions are followed. • Respond to customer concerns and queries professionally. • Maintain positive and productive relationships with customers. • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with those on the team, as well as cross-functionally. • Execute any other warehouse related tasks as assigned by the direct Manager.
