Essential Duties & Responsibilities include: • Manages/drives the progress of Rehab Sales Orders from order intake through full payment • Gathers and reviews all necessary documentation from clients and prescribing medical professionals • Schedules client evaluation and delivery appointments • Cultivates relationships with clients and referrals • Runs and utilizes a variety of reports to manage orders and accounts receivable • Replies to order status inquiries • Submits prior authorization requests to third-party payors • Arranges client's out-of-pocket payments • Other duties as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills • Proactive, make it happen, take responsibility personality • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and written • Ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment • Intermediate computer data entry skills and ability to learn BHC's systems Benefits: • M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm • Medical/Dental/Vision/LTD/Life • 401k Retirement Plan with Company Matching • Paid Vacation and Holiday • Competitive Starting Wage Bellevue Healthcare takes pride in the level of support we provide our customers and team members. Behavioral therapist/life coach wanted for a sweet 26 year old young man with autism who is a largely non-verbal communicator. Recruiting coach/tutor at any level to become part of a team for an innovative home-based program.. This young man is engaged and gentle, and can do basic self-care. However, he has difficulty initiating conversations and expressing himself, sequencing tasks, and evaluating risk. He requires guidance for self-care and safety skills, to develop his communication skills, stay on task with his chores, to access online educational programs which support pre-vocational training, and to participate in the community. Be part of an innovative multidisciplinary team implementing a new neurodevelopment model of integrated independent Day Treatment Programming and vocational training designed to support those severely impacted by autism and other neurological disorders. The approach is guided by Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions integrating Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Rapid Prompt Method (RPM) -- a letterboard communication system--and prevocational academics and training. Includes online and in person training in the letter board system, team meetings, and a car is available for your use during shifts! Also, even those working part-time accrue sick time. Position requires a commitment of 2 or more 5 hr shifts a week, including one 5 hr weekend shift, and there are also occasional opportunities to pick up extra shifts. Must be 18 years or older, legal to work in U.S., speak and write English, have a valid driver's license, be willing to drive client, be willing to be get covid and flu vaccinations, not also work in an indoor setting with a lot of people, and be able to pass a background check. Preference is for those experienced in working with persons with autism, therapists, teachers or coaches, and/or those with familiarity with different types of learners, but training will also be provided.
