ShareWe are a 2 physician surgical practice seeking a friendly, high energy, detail oriented and reliable team player who enjoys serving patients, working with others, problem solving, and learning in a fast paced environment. This is a full time back office position for Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include: Intake of patient histories by phone and in office with vital signs Preparation of rooms, charts and equipment for patient visits Chaperoning the health care providers Scribing and accurate data entry into the electronic health record Scanning and processing faxes and documents within the electronic health record Open communication with other staff members and physicians to ensure timely notification of patient concerns and to ensure smooth office workflow Must be proficient in the use of EHR, eClinicalworks V12 preferred If you possess an excellent work ethic, communicate effectively, and always aim to do the right thing, we welcome the submission of your resume with a cover letter outlining your goals and objectives in seeking this position.
