The Role We are seeking a full-time, passionate BCBA to join our team in a hybrid position. This role combines direct client support in-home and in the community with remote administrative flexibility. Key Responsibilities: Manage small caseloads for high-quality, individualized care Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans Conduct assessments and track client progress through data analysis Supervise and support Behavior Technicians Collaborate with families and other professionals for cohesive care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Stay up to date with ABA research and best practices Requirements Qualifications Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Active BCBA certification (required) State LBA license (required or in process) Experience developing and implementing ABA programs Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Experience with diverse client populations is a plus Benefits Why Join Treetop ABA? Full Time Shift Available M-F 1PM to 9PM Sat and Sun Shifts 5AM 5PM shifts Other shifts may become available part time weekends and week days Applicants must be able to perform office duties, logging calls. Printing forms and using office equipment is a must. Knowledge of Winthrop and surrounding towns is a must for dispatching. Must have a friendly confident phone voice when answering phones. The ideal candidate must be able to answer phones and multitask while prioritizing the work load. Winthrop Taxi is located on Revere Street in Winthrop and has a great appreciation by the residents and seniors of Winthrop Community. All positions must be flexible to cover the work load. Time and a half after 40 hours and you must have a reliable transportation. All applicants must read and write English clearly, Bilingual is a plus but not required.
