Elite Home Care is looking for CNAs, Nurses’ Aides, Medical Students (Santa Fe)

You will be a vital part of our team, delivering high quality care and ensuring our clients feel safe, respected and cared for at all times. Job Responsibilities: • Assisting our clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting. • Able to take vitals and record readings in a client log book. • Supporting mobility efforts, including transferring. • Cooking meals and ensuring dietary requirements are met. • Light housekeeping to maintain cleanliness. • Provide transportation to doctor’s appointments, errands and activities. • Offer compassionate, emotional support to clients and their families. • Responsible and dependable and willing to work as part of a team. Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Active CNA certification if appropriate or eligibility to transfer certification to New Mexico. • Proficient in the ability to read, write and communicate in English. • A minimum of two years of hands-on personal care experience. • Must be able to life 25 pounds in order to assist clients safely. • Specialized training in dementia care, or hospice care a plus. • Uphold Elite Home Care’s values of integrity, empathy and dedication to excellence.
