ShareBoutique dermatology practice looking for a receptionist and assistant to the two physicians. The role is to support the team by doing a variety of tasks. These include managing the schedules, answering phones, giving results, rooming patients, doing prior authorizations and managing patients. Need someone that can multitask and is organized and not easily overwhelmed. Administrative assisting background is desired. The hours are Monday - Friday 7:45-4:45. We are in Encinitas.
